Program Guidelines

The Dental Membership Program is not insurance. The program is offered to individuals and families who do not have insurance, or who choose not to utilize their insurance. Dental Membership Program benefits are not transferable to another dental practice or dental specialty practice. Payment is always due at time of service.

Dental Membership Program FAQ

We understand that dental discount plans vary between providers, so please don’t hesitate to contact us with questions.

Our Dental Membership Program allows for you to receive the preventative care you need to have healthy teeth and gums. While we do offer cash pay discounts and have financing available through Wells Fargo, this dental discount plan is slightly different. Please call our offices if your questions are not answered after reviewing this page.

No, this program is not an insurance plan. Our Dental Membership Program provides our patients with discounted prices on preventative care, as well as a range of common dental procedures. You will pay the discounted rate at the time services are provided.

Yes, you can sign up an entire family or any individual. This offer is not valid when using dental insurance of any kind.

All existing patients are invited to join our Dental Membership Program.

Our Dental Membership Program is for uninsured patients or patients who choose not to use their insurance (for example, if they have out of network insurance). If you become insured, or choose to use your insurance, your membership will be terminated. Dues are non-refundable.

This offer is not valid in combination with dental insurance of any kind. We sincerely appreciate your loyalty to our practice.

Most FLEX plans reimburse dental procedures, but we advise you contact your employee benefits provider to confirm the parameters of their coverage.
